The region around Yambol is ideal for fishing, hunting and hiking. The Black sea is only 80 km and the Aegean Sea is 160 km. Tourism has brought about more demand for facilities and night life including a number of modern apartments and luxury hotels. This is a boom town and it won’t be long before the location, so favourable in terms of access to skiing and coastal resorts, will become an even more sought after place to live.
This and the extremely low price on properties make this area attractive to foreign buyers. There are many rural houses and plots of land for sale in the villages around Yambol and their prices are very lucrative. Prices of rural houses depend on the condition and the size of the house and the yard and the proximity to Yambol.
